1、在電力(li)設施(shi)系(xi)統中的(de)(de)定(ding)位(wei)(與通用(yong)(yong)電工產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)關系(xi)) 通用(yong)(yong)電工產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)已十分成熟,用(yong)(yong)于電力(li)計(ji)量、執行操作和(he)實施(shi)保(bao)護,能(neng)防(fang)止由線(xian)(相)間金屬(shu)性短路故(gu)障(zhang)和(he)長時間過載發(fa)熱引發(fa)的(de)(de)電氣火災,基(ji)本上屬(shu)于被動(dong)(dong)預防(fang)。 電氣火災監控(kong)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)主(zhu)要針對接(jie)地(di)電弧性短路故(gu)障(zhang),用(yong)(yong)于監控(kong)、預警。從電工角度(du)看,屬(shu)于輔(fu)助性主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)預防(fang)安全手段。 這是兩(liang)種(zhong)性質不同的(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(或系(xi)統),有點象(xiang)“戰斗機”與“雷達站”的(de)(de)關系(xi)。
2、在消(xiao)防(fang)設(she)施(shi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)定位(wei)(與火(huo)災(zai)(zai)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)) 火(huo)災(zai)(zai)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統是(shi)立(li)足撲救的(de)(de)、針對(dui)已經(jing)發生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)火(huo)情的(de)(de)后期(qi)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警滅火(huo)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統從本(ben)質上是(shi)立(li)足預防(fang)的(de)(de)、專門針對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)線路(lu)(lu)故障和涉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)意外的(de)(de)前期(qi)預警系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統。 前者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)聯動或(huo)(huo)控制(zhi)(zhi)對(dui)象(xiang)(xiang)是(shi)廣(guang)播(bo)噴(pen)淋排煙等逃(tao)生(sheng)(sheng)滅火(huo)器(qi)件(jian),第一(yi)處(chu)(chu)理責(ze)任人是(shi)消(xiao)防(fang)保安(an)。 后者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)(de)聯動或(huo)(huo)控制(zhi)(zhi)對(dui)象(xiang)(xiang)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力分(fen)(fen)合(he)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)器(qi)件(jian),第一(yi)處(chu)(chu)理責(ze)任人是(shi)持證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)。 兩種系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統不能(neng)(neng)混為(wei)一(yi)談,更(geng)不能(neng)(neng)互相替代,原則上應該(gai)互相獨立(li)。 在充分(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)硬件(jian)和軟(ruan)件(jian)條件(jian)下(xia),兩種系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統并非絕對(dui)不可以兼容或(huo)(huo)合(he)并。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng) “電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統”為(wei):“當被(bei)保護(hu)線路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)被(bei)探(tan)(tan)測(ce)參(can)數(shu)超過(guo)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警設(she)定值時,能(neng)(neng)發出(chu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警信(xin)號、控制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)號并能(neng)(neng)指示(shi)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警部位(wei)的(de)(de)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統,它由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控計算機系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統,"網絡通訊層",電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)監控探(tan)(tan)測(ce)器(qi)組(zu)成”;“探(tan)(tan)測(ce)被(bei)保護(hu)線路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)剩(sheng)余(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流、溫(wen)度等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)危險(xian)參(can)數(shu)變(bian)(bian)化(hua)……”。 《高(gao)規(gui)(gui)》和《建規(gui)(gui)》都(dou)提(ti)及了對(dui)預防(fang)防(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)起很(hen)大作用的(de)(de)日(ri)本(ben)《內線規(gui)(gui)程》,作為(wei)制(zhi)(zhi)訂(ding)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)參(can)考。我國《高(gao)規(gui)(gui)(2005版(ban))》規(gui)(gui)定“漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)火(huo)災(zai)(zai)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警”外,還外加一(yi)些(xie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)(qi)參(can)數(shu)測(ce)量的(de)(de)要(yao)求,例如(ru)需探(tan)(tan)測(ce)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流信(xin)號及報(bao)(bao)(bao)出(chu)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)和變(bian)(bian)化(hua)。這提(ti)高(gao)了對(dui)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流保護(hu)的(de)(de)安(an)全性(xing).需要(yao)提(ti)出(chu)的(de)(de)是(shi):《高(gao)規(gui)(gui)》、《建規(gui)(gui)》都(dou)沒有(you)涉及溫(wen)度探(tan)(tan)測(ce)。事實上,建筑物內高(gao)壓系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)柜(ju)(ju)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容補(bu)償(chang)(chang)柜(ju)(ju)、整流柜(ju)(ju)等部位(wei),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜接頭(tou)(tou)、開關(guan)觸(chu)點等位(wei)置(zhi),都(dou)有(you)可能(neng)(neng)由于種種原因(yin)產生(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)溫(wen)而導致火(huo)災(zai)(zai)。變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)冷卻(que)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統發生(sheng)(sheng)故障或(huo)(huo)嚴重(zhong)過(guo)載,補(bu)償(chang)(chang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統過(guo)補(bu)償(chang)(chang)或(huo)(huo)自動調節(jie)器(qi)失靈(ling)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)老化(hua),都(dou)是(shi)十分(fen)(fen)常見(jian)的(de)(de);至于接頭(tou)(tou)、觸(chu)點日(ri)久(jiu)接觸(chu)不良則更(geng)普遍(bian)。在這些(xie)情況下(xia),很(hen)容易因(yin)過(guo)熱(re)而著火(huo)甚至發生(sheng)(sheng)爆炸。
二、其他功能
1、系統運行監視和控制
監視界面顯(xian)示整個電(dian)力監控系統的網絡圖,動態刷新各(ge)電(dian)氣設備的實(shi)時(shi)運行參數和運行狀態,并且支持(chi)現(xian)(xian)場設備的遠程控制功能。監控系統的畫面根據現(xian)(xian)場實(shi)際狀況進(jin)行組(zu)態。
2、電能質量監視和分析
對整個監(jian)控系統范圍(wei)內的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)可靠性,漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流及(ji)線(xian)纜溫度(du)狀況進行實時(shi)的(de)監(jian)視。實時(shi)監(jian)視系統電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓偏差(cha)、頻(pin)率偏差(cha)、不(bu)平衡度(du)、功率因數、諧(xie)波含量(liang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓閃變,剩余(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流及(ji)溫度(du)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)問題,評估電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)是(shi)否(fou)符合標準。記錄擾動時(shi)的(de)波形,作為電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)分析(xi)和故障(zhang)分析(xi)的(de)依據(ju)。
3、電能消耗統計和分析
系(xi)統為用戶(hu)提供(gong)了綜合的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)和(he)需量統計(ji)報表功能(neng),用戶(hu)也(ye)可以(yi)定制符合需求的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)統計(ji)功能(neng),包(bao)含不同用電(dian)(dian)設備(bei)在(zai)不同費率(lv)時段的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)量消耗(hao),可以(yi)按照日(ri)、月、季(ji)度、年的(de)(de)時間(jian)段進行統計(ji)和(he)記錄,并可以(yi)查詢(xun)、顯示和(he)打印。
4、預防性電氣火災監視
連續監視用電(dian)設備泄(xie)露電(dian)流(liu)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)、線纜(lan)接(jie)頭溫(wen)度的(de)變(bian)化(hua),為(wei)配電(dian)設備的(de)預(yu)防(fang)性維護提供(gong)依據,有(you)效預(yu)防(fang)電(dian)氣火災的(de)發生,保障用戶財產的(de)安全。
報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)和(he)事件管理系統(tong)在電能質量事件發生、設備狀態改(gai)變、電網擾動、電氣故障(zhang)時觸發并記(ji)錄報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)。系統(tong)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)時自動彈(dan)出(chu)報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)畫面并進行語音(yin)提示,同時可以將報(bao)(bao)(bao)警(jing)(jing)信(xin)息(xi)通(tong)過Email、手機短信(xin)等(deng)方(fang)式通(tong)知相(xiang)關(guan)人員并與消防監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)聯網,數據實時傳送消防控(kong)制中心。
5、歷史數據管理
系統基于SQL server數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)庫完成歷(li)(li)史數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)管理,所有實時采(cai)樣數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)、事件順序記錄(lu)(SOE)等均可保存到歷(li)(li)史數(shu)(shu)據(ju)(ju)庫。能夠自定義需要查詢(xun)的參數(shu)(shu),查詢(xun)的時間段或選擇查詢(xun)最(zui)近更新(xin)的記錄(lu)數(shu)(shu),顯示并繪制(zhi)成曲線(xian)圖(tu)。
6、報表管理
可(ke)基(ji)于系統(tong)已有模板,或(huo)(huo)自定義新的模板生成(cheng)報(bao)(bao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)。可(ke)以手動或(huo)(huo)根據預設時間表(biao)(biao)(biao)定時生成(cheng),或(huo)(huo)通過事件觸發(fa)生成(cheng)xml格式(shi)(shi)報(bao)(bao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)。例如:電(dian)能消(xiao)耗(hao)統(tong)計報(bao)(bao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)、電(dian)能趨勢報(bao)(bao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)等。報(bao)(bao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)能通過Email或(huo)(huo)HTML格式(shi)(shi)進(jin)行發(fa)送(song)、手動打印或(huo)(huo)自動打印。
7、用戶權限管理
用戶權限(xian)管(guan)理能夠防(fang)止(zhi)未經(jing)許可(ke)的(de)(de)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo),保障(zhang)系統安全(quan)穩定(ding)運行。用戶可(ke)以(yi)定(ding)義不同級別用戶的(de)(de)登錄名、密碼及(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)權限(xian),為系統維護管(guan)理提(ti)供可(ke)靠的(de)(de)安全(quan)保障(zhang)。
8、第三方通訊功能
支(zhi)持(chi)工業OPC接口(kou),可作(zuo)(zuo)為OPC服務器為其他程序(xu)提供數據(如DCS系(xi)統,BA系(xi)統),也可作(zuo)(zuo)為OPC客(ke)戶端,從其他系(xi)統獲取數據。系(xi)統兼容(rong)常用(yong)配(pei)電領(ling)域規約IEC60870-5-101,IEC60870-5-103,CDT等,可以兼容(rong)所有Modubs協議(yi)的(de)第三方設備。
9、支持Web客戶端
系統(tong)提供Web服務,客戶端可以在辦公室等(deng)其他場所(suo)通過IE瀏覽器查看電力監控(kong)現場畫面、查閱電能消耗統(tong)計報表等(deng)。
